Entrepreneur’s Right Hand (Sales Operations & Accountability Partner)
Location: Austin, TX (preferred, but remote candidates may be considered)
Type: Part-time, flexible schedule with set weekly check-ins
Budget: $2,000–$3,000/month
The Role
I’m a high-performing entrepreneur managing several growing ventures — including a leading industrial equipment manufacturer and multiple emerging startups in technology, media, and sports. I’m currently achieving record sales, but I know I’m leaving potential on the table because of one key limitation: I don’t have a structured system that keeps my daily sales follow-ups, CRM tasks, and priorities organized.
That’s where you come in.
I’m looking for an Entrepreneur’s Right Hand — someone who is relentlessly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by bringing calm and clarity to chaos. You’ll become the backbone of my sales process, ensuring follow-ups never slip through the cracks, leads stay warm, and marketing initiatives move forward.
This is not a “cold-calling” or “commission-only” position. It’s a high-impact operations role designed for someone who loves order, accountability, and measurable progress.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage my sales infrastructure in HubSpot (I’ll provide a ZoomInfo account for lead sourcing).
Create automation and email campaigns — especially for my primary sales role, then gradually extend to my startups.
Maintain daily accountability — summarizing what needs follow-up, what’s overdue, and what’s upcoming.
Prepare concise customer reports and follow-up notes after calls or visits (I’ll provide raw notes; you’ll turn them into actionable items).
Draft outbound marketing emails for my approval and manage distribution once approved.
Track pipeline metrics and ensure prospects move cleanly through the funnel.
Collaborate directly with me on reactive tasks (e.g., follow-ups with customers interested in purchasing), while independently handling proactive organization and planning.
Who You Are
You’re someone who wakes up knowing exactly what you need to do that day — calm, focused, and in control. You have a natural system for managing details, and you get satisfaction from helping others stay organized and productive.
Ideal traits:
Deeply organized and structured, with a love for systems and clarity.
HubSpot experience (or willingness to master it quickly).
Comfortable with automation tools and AI assistants to streamline workflows.
Excellent written communication — you can draft professional, concise emails in my tone.
Empathetic but assertive — you’ll hold me accountable when something needs my attention.
Based in or near Austin, TX — available for occasional in-person meetings.
