Description:
NeuroGrid Solutions AI is a rapidly growing UK-based AI consultancy working with renewable-energy companies, cleantech organisations, and commercial service businesses. We receive a high volume of warm leads through Instantly, LinkedIn outreach, and podcast invitations.

We are looking for a high-level Sales Closer who can take these warm inbound leads, build rapport quickly, qualify them effectively, and close them into paid AI strategy and implementation engagements.

You will be the first point of human contact for prospects after they respond to our email sequences.



What You Will Be Doing

1. Responding to Warm Instantly Leads
• Reply to all Instantly.io lead responses quickly and professionally
• Move the conversation forward and transition prospects into a call
• Understand our offer, positioning, pricing, and target market (renewables, cleantech, energy, engineering, etc.)

2. Film a Short 20–30 Second Rapport Video
• Record a personalised video message for qualified prospects
• Mention their company, challenges, and podcast invite angle
• Build trust and increase show-up rates
(We’ll provide scripts, structure, and examples.)

3. Run a Discovery Call
• Understand their business, challenges, and bottlenecks
• Identify where AI can create value
• Determine whether they are a fit for our high-ticket services (setup fees + retainer)

4. Proposal Call
• Present the proposal (you will NOT have to write it — we generate proposals with AI)
• Walk them through the solution, ROI, timeline, and delivery process
• Overcome objections confidently
• Position NeuroGrid as a premium provider

5. Close the Deal
• Follow up until decision
• Close clients into our packages
• Pass closed-won clients to delivery team



Requirements
• Fluent English & excellent communication skills
• 2+ years experience closing high-ticket service deals (preferably B2B)
• Comfortable on camera (video messages + Zoom calls)
• Able to understand and speak confidently about operational efficiency, automation, AI, and business processes
• Available for calls during UK or US time zones
• Highly organised and consistent with follow-ups



Nice To Have
• Experience in SaaS, consulting, or AI/automation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools, Instantly, Apollo, or similar
• Prior experience in renewables, engineering, or tech industries
