Our ecosystem includes:

ReferMe, a revenue-sharing platform that helps people earn from business referrals, and

i Am iKon Marketplace, a service-based marketplace for barbers, beauticians, and other professionals.

Our Account Managers handle daily outreach, relationship-building, and onboarding for their respective categories. We are now seeking a Sales Advisor and Coach who can meet with leadership weekly to guide our team, evaluate our conversion process, and help refine our overall sales strategy.

The Role

We are looking for a results-minded Sales Advisor and Coach who will work directly with the CEO and Account Managers. You will meet with us weekly to review sales performance, assess communication and conversion strategy, and offer actionable recommendations to improve results.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring early-stage teams, optimizing outreach flows, and helping startups build sales systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a weekly 60–90 minute meeting with the CEO and Account Managers to review performance and challenges.

Evaluate our full sales journey — from outreach and onboarding to retention — and provide tactical recommendations.

Refine outreach scripts, follow-up cadence, and messaging to improve conversion and retention.

Help set realistic weekly goals and accountability structures for Account Managers.

Coach the team on communication, objection handling, and follow-up consistency.

Provide insight on CRM organization, pipeline management, and best practices for relationship tracking.

Requirements

Proven background in sales coaching, business development, or sales leadership.

Comfortable advising small teams and providing structured, actionable feedback.

Strong understanding of relationship-based sales and service-driven models.

Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex sales concepts.

Experience working with startups or community-based platforms preferred.

Preferred Qualities

Ability to create a motivating, supportive environment for the team.

Organized and consistent in providing follow-up materials after each session.

Familiar with CRMs, pipelines, and digital sales funnels.

Passionate about helping people become better communicators and relationship builders.
