We are looking for a proactive, confident B2B outreach and sales specialist who can:
Identify founders, directors, HR managers and small business decision makers
Send high-quality outreach messages on LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp
Present samples that demonstrate the product and if required run short discovery calls
Close deals efficiently and meet activity targets
Ideal candidate:
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Strong background in B2B outreach or closing
Comfortable engaging senior decision makers
Works independently and with urgency
Motivated by commissions and results
Familiar with LinkedIn prospecting
Compensation:
Results-based role, moving to a fixed base with commission after proven performance
Competitive commission per closed sale
Bonuses for consistent performance
Requirements:
Daily outreach (LinkedIn + email + WhatsApp)
Quick responses to warm leads
Activity logged in a simple tracking sheet
Professional and reliable communication style
