Summary

We are the pioneer of display screens and all-in-one touchscreen computers, the company has more than 800,000 units of installation in fitness, retail, self-service and building automation industry globally. We offer customisation of tablets allowing you direct access to engineers with a broad selection of screens from 4.3” to 43”. We bring engagement to users through the use of touch technology.

We’re seeking a role of Business Development with proven success in selling B2B products or services. You will leverage our 40 years of touchscreen development and manufacturing experience and a team of. 60 people. This is a remote contract position with the possibility of long-term collaboration and growth within our team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

-  Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate interest through researched list of potential customers.

-Visiting tradeshows to introduce company and hiring new potential leads ( company will pay for travelling and lodging expenses)

- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to nurture and convert inbound leads.

2. Sales Pipeline Management

- Manage and update leads, opportunities, and deals in Zoho CRM accurately and in real-time.

- Track performance metrics (e.g., calls, emails, appointments, closed deals) and provide regular sales forecasting.

3. Consultative Selling

- Understand client pain points, objectives, and marketing challenges to position Glory Star's products and  services as optimal solutions.

- Present proposals and negotiate contract terms aligned with company guidelines.

4. Relationship Building

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients across various industries.

- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive continued revenue growth.

5. Market & Industry Analysis

- Stay updated on competitive offerings and market trends in the different target markets.

- Share insights with internal teams to refine service offerings and sales approaches.


Qualifications & Skills

1. Proven Sales Experience

- 2-5+ years of B2B sales.

- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a remote environment.

2. . Strategic Prospecting Skills

- Comfortable meeting new people and introducing the company. Persistent in following up with customers.

- Skilled at cold calling and emailing, with the ability to craft compelling outreach sequences.

3. Excellent Communication & Negotiation

- Clear, professional written and verbal communication style.

- Confidence and finesse in conducting remote presentations and closing deals.

4. Self-Starter & Team Player

- Motivated by targets; able to work independently under minimal supervision.

- Willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, account management, etc.) to ensure client success.
