"We are a regional family group (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey, Egypt) seeking an experienced HR consultant to define the Scope of Work (TOR) for an upcoming HR & Job Framework Update.
The consultant will outline exactly what needs updating in our structure, job grades, and qualification framework.
The final Scope of Work should enable us to directly support recruitment — with each job clearly defined by its title, grade, qualifications, and KPIs — ensuring we can determine the right budget and candidate profile for any position."
