Senior SEO & Content Strategist for Premium Dental Clinic Website (Long-Term)

We are a premium, technology-driven dental clinic located near Zurich (Germany/Switzerland border) with a strong reputation, a modern digital workflow, and a growing international patient base. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SEO & Content Strategist to support us long-term in developing, optimizing, and expanding our website content and overall search presence.

This is not a generic SEO job. We are looking for a real expert who understands high-quality, medically relevant content, E-E-A-T requirements, and modern SEO in the age of AI search.

Your Role

You will work directly with the clinic owner to:
• Analyze the current website (German + English) and identify content gaps, structural improvements, and strategic opportunities
• Create and refine high-quality content for treatment pages, service overviews, and informational sections (we translate content into German if needed)
• Support us in building a long-term content plan tailored to our brand and our focus areas (digital dentistry, esthetics, prosthodontics, orthodontics)
• Advise on overall SEO and AI-search strategy (on-page SEO, internal linking, structured data, entity-building, topical authority)
• Help develop and maintain a modern, medically accurate blog with topics selected and refined together
• Ensure that all content aligns with our premium positioning, scientific accuracy, and brand tone
• Continuously monitor performance and propose updates and expansions
• Work long-term with a stable monthly collaboration (hours flexible but consistent)

What We Require
• Proven experience with healthcare or dental content (very strong advantage)
• Ability to understand complex medical topics and translate them into clear, high-quality, patient-friendly content
• Deep understanding of E-E-A-T, entity-based SEO, structured data, and AI-driven search
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English (we translate to German if needed)
• Strategic mindset — not just “fixing SEO”, but building a long-term content ecosystem
• Ability to collaborate closely, communicate clearly, and work independently
• Reliability and long-term interest (this is a multi-year partnership)

Nice-to-Have
• Experience with WordPress + Elementor
• Understanding of German medical terminology (not mandatory)
• Experience with conversion optimization and UX
• Ability to propose improvements proactively rather than wait for instructions
• Understanding of dental industry trends, treatment workflows, and patient questions
