Sheet Music Transcription with Ukrainian Lyrics

I have a YouTube video with a song performed in English and an example recording in Ukrainian.
I need someone to write full sheet music with Ukrainian lyrics, keeping the same arrangement of voices (as in the English version).

Requirements:
• Transcribe the music and create notation for all vocal parts (preferably SATB or simplified male choir arrangement).
• The Ukrainian text should fit naturally to the same rhythm and phrasing as the English version.
• The arrangement maybe should be slightly simplified so it can be performed by a non-professional male choir.
• When the sheet is ready, provide separate audio exports (MIDI or piano simulation) for each voice part (S, A, T, B or Tenor 1, Tenor 2, Bass 1, Bass 2).
