Social Media Manager

Parkwood Pet Resort is a fast-growing, high-quality dog daycare and boarding business with multiple locations in the Baltimore area. Our mission is to provide the best care experience outside of home — with open play, enrichment, and lots of love for every pup that visits us.

The Role:
We’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence and community engagement. You’ll manage daily posts, create fun and engaging content, and showcase the amazing dogs and staff that make Parkwood special.

Responsibilities:

Post daily across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Use photos and videos provided via iCloud to create engaging content

Write friendly, on-brand captions and hashtags that reflect our playful, caring tone

Help grow followers and engagement within our local community

Suggest and implement ideas for improving reach, brand consistency, and visibility

Ideal Candidate:

Experience managing social media for small businesses or pet brands

Passion for dogs and creative storytelling

Ability to plan and schedule consistent, visually appealing content

Familiarity with analytics tools and engagement best practices
