Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and inbound-driven Video Editor with a proven track record of producing social video content that not only looks great, but attracts, engages, and builds genuine connections with audiences. You must have excellent command of AI video tools for enhancing visuals—especially showcasing fabric textures and immersive scenes. A background in DTC or fashion ecommerce is a big plus, but a creative, inbound-first mindset is most important.

Project Scope (Initial Test Job)
Deliverables:
-3 short-form social videos (15–45 seconds each; Reels/TikTok/Shorts style)
-3 story format videos (9:16, for Instagram Stories)

Themes:
Showcasing fabric textures
Storytelling through scene-building
On-brand men’s lifestyle and value-driven content

Total hours allocated: Up to 15 hours (please confirm you can deliver within this cap)

Responsibilities

-Edit and produce visually compelling, audience-focused short videos that educate, inspire, and engage—not just sell
-Leverage advanced AI tools (e.g., RunwayML, Adobe AI, D-ID, Kaiber, or similar) to highlight product details, textures, and create dynamic, inbound-driven scenes
-Collaborate on content concepts and inbound themes—help us tell stories that connect and provide value to our community

Stay consistent with our brand while proposing creative ways to draw new and existing audiences in

What We’re Looking For

-Proven experience editing social-first videos (please share links and portfolio)
-Excellent knowledge of AI video tools, specifically for showcasing product textures and building visually rich scenes
-Deep understanding of inbound content strategies: content that attracts and nurtures, not just direct sales
-Skilled with editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
-Awareness of social video trends and content that fosters audience growth and engagement

Bonus: Experience with DTC, fashion, or ecommerce brands

To Apply:

-Introduce yourself, emphasizing your inbound approach to video content
-Share your portfolio—highlight social video work, especially where you’ve used AI creatively and demonstrated audience engagement or growth
-List the AI tools you use and explain how you apply them to tell richer stories and highlight product features
-Record a 1–2 minute Loom video walking us through a favorite project where you helped grow or engage an audience with inbound video content (and how AI played a role)
-Confirm you can deliver the test project within 15 hours
