We are seeking a Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist to manage and expand our digital presence across platforms, nurture our community, and drive engagement for our events, coaching programs, and property listings.
Position Summary:
The Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and analyzing marketing content across multiple digital channels. This role combines creativity with data-driven strategy to help grow our audience, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients, students, or investors.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing
Manage and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars for all brands (Brokerage, Bootcamps, and Team Properties).
Create engaging graphics, videos, and reels using Canva or Adobe tools.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action aligned with company goals.

Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments, messages, and community feedback.
Track analytics and optimize posting times, tone, and ad spend.

Email Marketing
Design and manage email campaigns for events, training programs, listings, and newsletters.

Write email copy for promotions, nurture sequences, and follow-ups using strong call-to-actions.
Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and ensure deliverability.

Create automation workflows for lead nurturing (e.g., new leads, webinar attendees, course buyers).

Monitor open rates, click rates, and conversions, providing performance reports.

Content Strategy & Lead Generation

Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing funnels for Platinum Coaching, Inner Circle, and Bootcamp programs.

Repurpose event recordings, testimonials, and highlights into social/email content.

Support paid ad campaigns with visuals and landing page copy.

Optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in social media and email marketing.

Strong copywriting and design skills.

Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.

Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and pivot strategies.

Real estate or coaching industry experience is a plus.
