We are a design consulting firm, specializing in the design of consumer products, appliances, and electronics. We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sourcing Agent based in Shenzhen.

Currently we need someone who can attend the Canton Fair on our behalf, build supplier contacts and visit a few factories. The role holds potential for recurring work, engaging in supply related activities that are crucial to our design and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend the Canton Fair and other relevant events as our representative.
• Conduct factory audits to ensure compliance with various standards.
• Source suppliers that meet our quality and reliability requirements.
• Manage production schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Help foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Handle translation and documentation efficiently to ensuring clear communication.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
• Strong experience in sourcing, particularly within consumer products, electronics, and appliances sectors.
• Proven ability in factory auditing, supplier sourcing, production management, and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
