PR Specialist + UGC Outreach Manager for SaaS Products

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Specialist with proven capabilities in media outreach, digital press coverage, and online publications, combined with strong experience in UGC creator sourcing and coordination, to help promote and increase visibility for our SaaS platforms and digital products.

Responsibilities:
• Write and distribute professional press releases to tech-focused online media and digital publications.
• Pitch to editors, journalists, bloggers, and newsletter owners.
• Build and organize a structured media & press contact list.
• Source & manage UGC creators to produce authentic experience-based videos.
• Provide reporting and insights based on outreach and content results.

2-Week Deliverables (First Milestone)

The selected freelancer should achieve the following within the first 14 days:
1. Finalized PR messaging framework + press release draft.
2. Minimum 25 verified media contacts (tech, business, SaaS, innovation).
3. Minimum 15 shortlisted UGC creators relevant to our niche and region.
4. Outreach campaign kickoff (press + UGC) with documented communication tracking sheet.
5. Weekly progress report (written + KPI-based).

Achievement of deliverables will determine continuation into a monthly retainer.
