We are a global consortium of seasoned tech support professionals, digital marketers, and sales experts seeking a reliable US-based business partner to form a mutually beneficial, long-term partnership.

1. The Opportunity: A Win-Win Partnership

We are launching a new, branded remote PC tech support service for the US market. Due to the nature of the tech support industry and payment processing regulations, having a US-based business entity is essential. We are looking for a partner to act as the official US face of the company for legal and financial purposes.

This is not a salaried job but a true business partnership. You will have a vested interest in the company's success and be compensated with a share of every transaction we process.

2. The Problem & Our Solution

The Problem: High-quality remote tech support companies often face significant hurdles with payment processing and banking if they are not US-based. Banks and payment gateways (like Stripe, PayPal, etc.) are wary of tech support businesses due to past industry fraud, making approval nearly impossible for non-US entities.

Our Solution: By partnering with a US resident who can establish a legitimate business entity, we can bypass this barrier. Our team, located in South Africa, the Philippines, and the UK, will handle all the operational heavy lifting: digital marketing, inbound sales, and the 24/7 tech support itself.

3. Roles & Responsibilities: A Clear Division of Labor

Your Role (The US Partner):

Business Formation: Register a legitimate business (e.g., an LLC) in your state.

Banking: Open a business bank account under the newly registered company name.

Payment Gateway: Secure a payment processing gateway (e.g., Stripe, Authorize.net) that accepts eChecks, ACH, and major credit/debit cards for the business.

Compliance: Maintain good standing for the business entity and bank account.

Our Role (The Global Operations Team):

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: We will run all PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns to drive inbound customer calls and chats.

Sales & Customer Service: Our dedicated sales teams will handle all inbound inquiries, convert them into paying clients, and manage customer relationships.

Technical Support: Our certified technicians (based in the UK, Philippines, and South Africa) will deliver the actual remote tech support, troubleshooting, and repair services for customers.

Management & Strategy: We handle all day-to-day operations, staffing, training, and strategic growth of the business.

4. What You WILL NOT Need to Do:

No Financial Investment: You are not required to invest any capital.

No Technical Work: You do not need to provide any tech support.

No Marketing/Sales: You do not need to be involved in daily marketing or sales calls.

No Customer Management: You will not be dealing with customer complaints or service delivery.

5. Financial Structure & Compensation

We believe in a fair and transparent partnership. Your compensation is directly tied to the success you help enable.

Ongoing Revenue Share: You will receive a pre-agreed percentage share of the net revenue from every transaction processed through the system. This share is on top of the standard payment gateway fees. Your share is pure profit for your role as the essential US counterpart.

7. Ideal Partner Profile

We are looking for a US-based professional who:

Is a legal US resident with a strong credit and banking history.

Has the ability to legally register a business (LLC preferred) in their state.

Is trustworthy, reliable, and understands the importance of compliance.

Has some familiarity with business basics (banking, payments) is a plus, but not required.

Is excited by the prospect of a long-term partnership and building a business from the ground up.

Deliverables
  • Phase 1: Business Entity Formation & Documentation
  • Deliverable 1.1: Registered Business Entity
  • A legally registered business in your state (e.g., LLC, S-Corp, or similar). An LLC is typically preferred for its liability protection and simplicity.
  • Proof of Completion: Official Certificate of Formation/Organization from the Secretary of State.
  • Deliverable 1.2: Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • An EIN from the IRS (also known as a Federal Tax ID Number). This is essential for opening a business bank account.
  • Proof of Completion: IRS EIN Confirmation Letter (CP 575 or 147C).
  • Deliverable 1.3: Business Operating Agreement
  • A signed Operating Agreement that outlines the ownership structure and operational procedures of the company. This is a critical document for clarity and legal protection.
  • Proof of Completion: A signed and dated PDF copy of the Operating Agreement.
  • Phase 2: Business Banking Setup
  • Deliverable 2.1: Business Bank Account
  • A dedicated business checking account under the exact registered business name.
  • Proof of Completion:
  • A copy of the bank's account confirmation letter or a voided business check.
  • A bank statement (first page, showing business name and address) once available.
  • Deliverable 2.2: Online Banking Access
  • Secure credentials (or shared access via a secure method) for the partners to monitor transaction history and cash flow. (Note: The operational partner will not have withdrawal or transfer authority, only view access for accounting purposes).
  • Phase 3: Payment Gateway Integration
  • Deliverable 3.1: Approved Payment Processor Account
  • A fully approved and activated account with a reputable payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal Pro, Authorize.net) that is capable of processing Credit/Debit Cards, ACH, and eChecks.
  • Proof of Completion: Screenshot of the merchant dashboard showing a "Live" or "Active" status.
  • Deliverable 3.2: Integrated Payment API Keys
  • The necessary API keys (Publishable Key and Secret Key) to integrate the payment gateway with the company's tech support website and billing system.
  • Proof of Completion: Secure sharing of the API credentials via a password manager or other secure method.
  • Deliverable 3.3: Test Transaction Success
  • Successful completion of a test transaction (both card and ACH) to ensure the entire payment flow from the website to the bank account is working correctly.
  • Proof of Completion: Screenshots from the payment gateway dashboard showing a successful test sale and a successful test ACH transaction.
  • Phase 4: Ongoing Compliance & Maintenance (For Revenue Share Continuation)
  • Deliverable 4.1: Annual Report Filing
  • Timely filing of any required annual reports with the Secretary of State to keep the business in "Good Standing."
  • Proof of Completion: Copy of the filed report and the state's confirmation.
  • Deliverable 4.2: Bank & Payment Gateway Relationship Management
  • Maintaining the business bank account in good standing (no fraud, no overdrafts).
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the payment gateway for any compliance or verification requests to ensure the account remains active.
  • Deliverable 4.3: Tax Documentation Coordination
  • Facilitating the issuance of any necessary year-end tax forms (e.g., K-1 for partnership/LLC) to the operational partners, as per the Operating Agreement.
