TikTok Shop Affiliate Recruiter (Supplements Niche) – Long-Term Role for Top Talent

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop US Affiliate Recruiter with a proven track record in the supplements / wellness niche.
Your mission is simple but extremely important: find and activate the BEST creators on TikTok Shop and turn them into promoters for our kids’ supplements brand.

You will work directly with my business partner, who manages our TikTok Shop operations. If you perform well, this will become a long-term, high-paying partnership.

What we need from you:
• Strong experience with TikTok Shop US creators
• Ability to identify, filter and contact top-tier affiliates
• Experience recruiting creators in the supplements, wellness, health or beauty niches
• Knowledge of how to convince high-performing creators to work with a new brand
• Ability to negotiate commission structures, paid collabs, and long-term partnerships
• Daily follow-ups with creators until they post content
• Ability to build a consistent pipeline of motivated, reliable and high-quality affiliates

Your responsibilities:
• Source 30–50 creators per week
• Contact them, pitch them, and convert them into active affiliates
• Manage communication, follow-ups and activation
• Report daily to my associate
• Suggest improvements to increase posting rate and conversions
• Build a long-term network of strong creators in the supplements niche

Requirements:
• Experience with TikTok Shop (MUST)
• Proven experience recruiting affiliates/influencers for e-commerce
• Experience in health, supplements, wellness or similar niches (big plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work fast and independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be proactive, persistent, and results-driven

• Minimum 15–25 creators activated per week (creators who actually accept and participate)
• Daily outreach log with contacted creators, responses, and follow-ups
• Affiliate activation tracking sheet (who posted, who is pending, who needs follow-up)
• Scripts or optimized outreach messages to improve conversion rate
• Weekly performance report including number of creators sourced, activated, and posting
• Identification of top-performing creators for potential paid collaborations
• Suggestions to improve our affiliate strategy and posting rate
