Tour / Operations Manager (Full-Time Music Industry)

Award-winning, world-touring flamenco fusion guitarist seeks a driven, organized, and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all daily business, bookings, and tour logistics.
This is not a side gig — this is a long-term, full-time leadership role at the heart of a growing independent music operation with 1,000+ live shows performed across the U.S.A.
You’ll manage a small remote team (2–5 people), keep projects and communications on track, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. If you thrive on organization, accountability, and results — this is your opportunity to help scale a national touring artist to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all booking operations — emails, contracts, invoices, confirmations, and schedule changes
Supervise and coordinate a small remote team of agents and assistants
Maintain accurate, up-to-date spreadsheets, calendars, and contact records
Assign new leads, track progress, and hold team members accountable for weekly goals
Plan efficient tour routes, lodging, and travel logistics
Send concise daily performance summaries: new leads, pending offers, confirmed shows, and red flags
Continuously improve systems and workflows for higher efficiency and professionalism
Requirements
3+ years in operations, project, or team management (music or entertainment experience preferred)
Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage remote teams
Exceptionally organized and detail-driven — thrives on structure and accountability
Full-time dedication (30–40 hrs/week) — no other jobs or side projects
Excellent written and spoken English; clear communicator and problem-solver
Operates with integrity, transparency, and independence — no micromanagement needed
Hungry to grow with a serious, world-touring artist and help build a professional operation from the ground up
Compensation
Competitive monthly base pay (based on experience and performance)
