🧠 Trading Psychologist (Part-Time, Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist or Performance Coach to host 4 structured sessions per month (1 per week) within our elite trading mentorship community.
Your role will be to help traders master the psychological side of trading — developing emotional control, discipline, and resilience to perform consistently under pressure.

Responsibilities

Conduct one 60–90 minute live session per week focused on trading psychology.

Structure sessions around core themes such as:

Overcoming fear, greed, and hesitation

Building discipline and consistency

Coping with losses, stress, and setbacks

Strengthening focus, confidence, and self-awareness

Provide actionable exercises and tools members can immediately apply in their trading routines.

Collaborate with the mentorship team to ensure alignment with ongoing training content.

Lead interactive Q&A segments to address individual member challenges.

Optionally create brief recaps or worksheets to reinforce each session’s teachings.

Requirements

Degree in Psychology, Performance Coaching, or a related discipline.

Proven expertise in trading psychology, performance psychology, or behavioral finance.

Experience leading group sessions, webinars, or workshops.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to design and deliver structured, practical, and engaging sessions.

Preferred

Background working with traders, athletes, or other high-performance professionals.

Familiarity with financial markets and the emotional challenges of trading.
