I really need help with my shipping settings, as I’ve spent the entire day trying to resolve this on my own. I’ve spoken with Shopify support, TikTok support, and Rollo (my third-party shipping platform integrated with Shopify), but the issue is still unresolved.

After speaking with Shopify and Rollo, I was advised to disconnect TikTok from Shopify because the three integrations (Shopify → TikTok → Rollo) may have conflicted and prevented my tracking numbers from populating correctly. I’ve now disconnected TikTok from Shopify as instructed.

However, the issue is still happening:

All of my TikTok Shop sample requests are not populating tracking numbers, even though I have already shipped every order.

TikTok Seller Center will not allow me to manually add or edit tracking. It is showing “Create Label” instead of “Upload Tracking,” which means the system is forcing me to buy a brand-new TikTok Shipping label—even though the packages have already shipped through USPS/Rollo.

This doesn’t make sense because my Shipping Settings are set to Seller Shipping, yet the black underwear samples are being treated as TikTok Shipping, which blocks me from inputting my own tracking.

The only orders that processed correctly were the Sand Dune panties—but even those did not auto-populate tracking. They flowed through TikTok → Shopify → Rollo, but I still had to manually upload all tracking numbers myself.

None of the Black sample requests allow tracking to be added anywhere—not in TikTok Seller Center or in Shopify—despite all shipments having already gone out.

In Product Center, both Sand Dune and Black variants show as live and active, so I cannot understand why one color behaves like Seller Shipping and the other defaults to TikTok Shipping.

I’ve attached screenshots showing the issue clearly:
Some customers (sissicharles17, gabrielac123, lindsey_luvz, complexfont, momofthree100, pretty_thayoo, butterflycraftcreation, Mindmoneymaking, Paola) allowed me to upload tracking, while others did not.

Additionally, about eight orders are still showing “Ready to Ship” even though they have already physically shipped. I have tracking numbers for all of them, but the system will not let me add them because it keeps reverting to “Create Label” under TikTok Shipping.

This is extremely time-sensitive because customers cannot track their packages, and I am at risk for cancellations or penalties for “non-fulfillment,” even though everything has shipped.

My main questions:

Is there a way to switch these Black sample orders back to Seller Shipping so I can manually enter the USPS/Rollo tracking numbers?

Can this be fixed without canceling the orders or having to pay for all new TikTok Shipping labels for shipments I have already sent out?

How long does it normally take to resolve an issue like this, and have you seen this happen before?
