Role Summary
You will run outbound calling to book qualified appointments for our sales team (B2B services). You’ll follow proven scripts, handle objections, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings directly to calendar/CRM. We are ONLY hiring candidates with near-native English and proven cold calling success.
Key Responsibilities
* Make 80–120 dials/day (predictive or power dialer) to targeted B2B lists.
* Open strong, follow a script, ask qualifying questions, and book/calendar appointments.
* Handle common objections, recover the call, and progress to the next step.
* Log every call with clear notes, call outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM (GoHighLevel/HubSpot).
* Hit weekly targets: dials, talk time, booked calls, show rate, and qualified opportunities.
* Run rapid A/B tests on openings and rebuttals; report learnings daily.
* Maintain list hygiene; flag bad data and suggest list improvements.
* Attend brief daily huddles; submit end-of-day reports.
Outcomes / KPIs
* Dials: 80–120/day
* Talk Time: 90–150 mins/day
* Booking Rate: 2–5% of answered calls (varies by list)
* Show Rate: 65%+ (with reminders)
* Qualified Meetings: Meets ICP and basic budget/need/timeline criteria
* CRM Hygiene: 100% of calls logged with next action
Must-Have Qualifications
* English: Near-native fluency (C1/C2). Neutral, easy-to-understand accent. Excellent grammar and idiomatic usage.
* Experience: 1–3+ years in cold calling/tele-sales/appointment setting (B2B preferred).
* Proof of performance: Past KPIs (dials/day, bookings/week, show/close rates) and call recordings.
* Objection handling: Confident, concise, and coachable.
* Tech: Reliable laptop, wired internet (?25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up), quiet workspace, noise-cancelling headset.
* Tools: Comfortable with dialers (Aircall, RingCentral, GO HighLevel), Google Workspace, Slack.
* Availability: Can work UK daytime hours consistently; minimal schedule conflicts.
Strong Pluses
* Lived/studied in an English-speaking country or attended English-medium schools.
* B2B agency, SaaS, consulting, or high-ticket service experience.
* Calendar booking + CRM automation (GoHighLevel) familiarity.
* Copy/DM outreach skills to complement calling.
* Performance bonuses: Monthly bonuses for exceeding KPIs.
* Advancement: Senior Caller, Team Lead, QA/Trainer for top performers.
Training & Support
* 3 days paid onboarding: product, ICP, scripts, objections, CRM.
* Live call coaching, recorded call reviews, and weekly optimization.

* Heavily accented speech that’s hard to understand.
* Grammar errors in the application or cover note.
* No call recordings or voice sample.
