Vendor Market Research & Outreach Assistant (Texas – Ongoing Work)

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Vendor Market Coordinator to help us keep ChillaBites consistently active in local markets and events around the Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, and Cleveland, TX areas.

ChillaBites is a local Texas brand specializing in THC-infused edibles and alcohol-alternative “Buzz Drops.” We are a fully compliant, family-friendly company—no smokable products. Our mission is to provide safe, professional, and enjoyable cannabis alternatives for adults in a community-friendly way.

Responsibilities:

- Research local vendor markets, fairs, and pop-up events within our target areas.
- Contact market organizers or coordinators directly via email, phone, or online form.
- Politely introduce ChillaBites, explaining that we are a licensed and compliant THC edible company (no smoking, no vapes, only edibles and drink drops).

Ask if our brand would be approved to vend at their market.

Record detailed information in a Google Spreadsheet, including:
Market / Event Name
Location (City, Address)
Event Date(s)
Booth Fee for 10×10 space
Contact Name / Email / Phone
Whether our business is approved or disapproved
Any notes or follow-up dates

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable calling or emailing local event coordinators
Ability to maintain a clean, organized Google Sheet
Professional and polite communication style
Located in the U.S. or familiar with Texas local markets preferred

Preferred Skills:
Experience with event/vendor outreach, market research, or brand representation
Understanding of compliant hemp / THC industry (bonus, not required)
Google Workspace proficiency (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)

Deliverables:
You’ll maintain an ongoing spreadsheet of upcoming vendor markets in our service area, updated weekly. We expect at least 5–10 new verified opportunities per week, with current approval status and booth pricing.
