Video Editor Hero Teasers + Short-Form Clips

We are looking for a highly skilled Podcast Video Editor to complete a one-off project editing 5 podcast episodes, with a strong potential for long-term ongoing work.
This project involves creating Hero Teasers (60–90s) and multiple short-form clips (Short Takes: 10–30s) from each episode.

All raw files, timestamps, references, clip criteria, and clear instructions will be provided, but if you identify stronger moments than those marked, we strongly encourage creativity and improved cuts.

Project Scope (5 Episodes Total)
For each episode, you will deliver:

1. Hero Teaser (60–90 seconds)

1 teaser per episode — 5 total.
This teaser is the main promotional trailer. Must include:
- The strongest hook
- Expert authority moments
- Best standout or emotional moments
- A clear audience problem
- One-sentence insight that creates desire for the full episode
- Soft plug: “Full episode now on Spotify + FixBIOME.com”
- FixBIOME logo (subtle) + credibility card
- High-retention pacing
- Add captions, music (light), transitions, and pacing fixes
- Exports in required formats:
9:16 with captions
Clean version (caption-free)

Our team will provide timestamps for the strongest moments, but if you see a better structure or hook, we welcome your creative judgment.

2. Short Takes (8–30 clips per episode)

8–30 short-form clips per episode — approx. 40–150 total.
Each clip needs:
- Captions
- Light music (optional for teasers only)
- Clean pacing and trimming
- Vertical 9:16, plus clean + captioned versions
- Additional 1:1 or 4:5 version for LinkedIn

Timestamps and notes will be provided, but again, if you find a stronger moment, feel free to cut it.

General Editing Requirements
- Maintain consistency across all 5 episodes
- Improve pacing, transitions, and audio where necessary
- Follow the notes and structure provided
- Deliver all required formats (captioned, clean, 9:16, 1:1)
- Match the style, pacing, and clarity of Diary of a CEO + Modern Wisdom

This is guided, clearly documented work, not technically difficult, but requires attention to detail.
