Virtual Assistant Needed – E-Commerce, Amazon, Social Media, Website & Admin Support

What We Are Looking For

A Virtual Assistant with proven experience in:

📌 E-Commerce Stores

Amazon Seller Central

eBay

Etsy

Shopify / WooCommerce

Creating new online stores from scratch

Creating & optimizing product listings

Managing orders, inventory, and customer messages


📌 Social Media & Content Creation

Creating content (images, short videos, reels)

Managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

Scheduling posts

Basic graphic design using Canva or similar


📌 Website Management

Updating pages, products, and blog posts

WordPress / WooCommerce experience

Uploading new products and making small layout/design edits


📌 Communication & Admin

Responding to emails professionally

Answering customer phone calls (if needed)

Organizing documents, files, and tasks

Coordinating with suppliers and helping find new vendors

Helping follow up with leads and assist in sales outreach

Skills Required

Excellent English (written & spoken)

Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a must

Canva or similar design tool experience

Strong communication and organization skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Fast learner with attention to detail

Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours
