We are a fast-growing organization operating multiple brands across business development, events, media, e-commerce, and technology. We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant who can support our day-to-day operations and help streamline workflows using AI tools, creative systems, and strong communication skills.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks across social media, websites, outreach, and administration. You will work directly with our founder and leadership team to support ongoing projects, marketing efforts, and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation
Manage and update social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging content using AI and design tools (graphics, posts, reels, captions)
Maintain consistent branding across platforms
Assist with scheduling posts and tracking performance metrics
AI & Digital Support
Use AI platforms (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to generate drafts, ideas, research, and automation
Help streamline workflows using automation and AI-enhanced productivity tools
Website & Online Assets
Update company websites (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.)
Upload products, revise pages, manage blog posts, and check SEO
Ensure accuracy and consistent branding across all digital assets
Administrative & Communication Tasks
Handle inbound and outbound calls, including cold calls when needed
Manage emails, calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups
Assist with research, data entry, and organizational tasks
Support event coordination and vendor communication when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Telemarketer, Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Digital Admin
Strong writing and communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls (cold calls included)
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, etc.)
Basic skills in Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, CRM's and social media tools
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
