Webflow Designer — Convert Figma to Webflow | AI Image Selection

🧭 About the Role

We’re hiring a Webflow Designer who can take detailed Figma layouts and convert them into pixel-perfect Webflow builds with excellent responsiveness.

You should be strong in:

Clean Webflow setup

Understanding component/utility classes

AI image selection (Midjourney / Ideogram / Firefly)

Smooth animations + CMS structure

This is long-term work.
We start with a 3–4 hour paid trial (hourly) and then move to fixed monthly projects if quality is consistent.

🎨 Scope of Work
Your core responsibilities:

Convert Figma designs into Webflow pages with perfect accuracy

Create fully responsive layouts for Desktop, Tablet, Mobile

Use AI-generated visuals where needed:

Midjourney

Ideogram

Firefly

Leonardo

Build Webflow CMS collections, custom grids, reusable components

Add smooth interactions + animations (no heavy, slow effects)

Follow brand guidelines, naming conventions, and style systems

Export optimized assets + ensure fast page load

• 🧠 Requirements
• Proven experience building Webflow websites from scratch
• Solid Figma reading and translation skills
• Experience choosing AI images that match brand tone
• Strong grip on responsive web design
• Familiar with SEO basics & AEO-friendly structure
• Independent freelancer — no agencies
• Fluent in English
• Available for a 3–4 hour paid trial immediately
