Webflow Developer for Luxury Retreat Website (Premium Wellness Brand)

About Us
Sacruna Retreats is a premium, boutique retreat brand in Marbella, Spain, offering intimate, high-end retreats focused on deep rest, inner work, and transformation. Our positioning is closer to luxury hospitality brands (Aman, Six Senses) than to typical “yoga holidays.”


We are now creating a completely new website and will have a designer preparing the visual concept and layouts in Figma.

Project Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Webflow developer to:
- Implement our new website design (Figma) in Webflow
- Ensure the site feels luxury, minimal, calm, and performs smoothly
- Set up a simple but robust CMS structure so we can easily manage retreats and content


Scope of Work
You will:
1. Build the site in Webflow
- Pixel-perfect implementation of provided Figma designs (desktop & mobile)
- Clean, well-organized Webflow project structure (styles, classes, symbols/components)

2. Pages to be built (approx.): 12 + landing

3. CMS & Structure
- Webflow CMS collections for:
Retreats (title, dates, location, description, schedule, gallery, etc.); Possibly testimonials / stories
- Easy to update for non-technical team members using Webflow Editor

4. Animations & Interactions
- Subtle, elegant transitions and scroll effects (no tacky or heavy animations)
- Smooth loading and performance on desktop & mobile

5. Technical & SEO Basics
- Responsive across devices and major browsers
- Basic on-page SEO setup (meta tags, alt tags, proper headings)
- Fast loading, optimized images

6. Handover
- Short Loom/recording or written documentation of: CMS structure; How to edit key content; Any custom code or special setups
