Website + App Developer for Wellness Membership Platform (Shine™)

Hi there,
I’m Veronique — yoga instructor, intuitive movement guide, retreat leader, and founder of Shine™, a global wellness and mindful movement community.

I’m looking for a highly skilled website + app developer to help me transition away from WordPress and build a streamlined, stable, elegant digital home for Shine™ — one that supports:
• my growing membership platform,
• my global retreat offerings,
• my content library (videos, audio, writing),
• future app development,
•.    AI integration for mood quiz that will direct people to the practice most aligned for them
• and seamless integration for my community as we scale.

What I Need Support With

1. Platform Migration (WordPress → New System)
• Advise on the best platform to transition to (custom, Webflow, Kajabi, Mighty Networks, custom app backend, or hybrid stack)
• Migrate my current content without disruption:
• Member login + onboarding
• Video library
• Event/retreat pages
• Payment links + automations with Stripe
• Email integrations (Flodesk & Substack)
• Improve site speed, reliability, and user flow

2. Shine™ Membership Portal (Phase 1)
• Clean, intuitive dashboard for members
• Simple navigation for:
• Movement videos
• Yoga + meditation practices
• Journaling prompts
• Monthly themes
• Live session links
• Integrated payment + subscription management
• Stable backend that doesn’t break when updates roll out

3. Shine™ App (Phase 2)
• Build either a native or hybrid app (iOS + Android)
• Offline/airplane-mode playback for videos + audio
• Push notifications for practices + prompts
• Community features (commenting, journaling, streaks, groups, etc.)
• Integration with Stripe
• Possibility of gamification (optional, future phase)

4. Retreat Pages + Funnel Support
• Optimized pages for my global Blue Zone retreats
• Automated email sequences from signup → deposit → integration
• Ability to host exclusive retreat content

5. Ongoing Support
• UX/UI refinement
• Troubleshooting
