Project Manager – YouTube Agency
Full-Time - Remote

What We Do:
We run a YouTube agency for business owners.

Clients record videos → we handle everything else (editing, titles, thumbnails, ideas, posting, strategy).
We need a Project Manager to make sure every video moves smoothly through our system.

Your Main Job:
Make sure every client video gets from “raw video” → “final approved video” without delays.
You will manage:

- Editors
- Strategists (titles & thumbnails)
- Reviewers
- The delivery to clients

Your Responsibilities
1. When a client uploads a video
- Add it to our Notion board
- Assign it to the correct editor
- Give the editor the deadline + any notes

2. Follow up with the editor
- Check progress at 24 hours
- Make sure the edit is done on time
- Keep editors accountable

3. Once the editor finishes
- Send the video to the internal reviewer
- After review, send new video version to the client

4. If the client has revisions
- Notify Editor About Client Revisions

5. Manage titles & thumbnails
- Tell the strategist when a new video comes in
- Make sure titles + thumbnails are done on time

6. Keep everything organized
- Keep Notion updated
- Make sure no video gets stuck
- Make sure every team member knows what to do


7. Communicate
- Be active in Slack
- Share updates
- Let us know if anything is delayed


Experience Required
We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience with:
- Notion (project management)
- Slack (team communication)
- Frame.io (video review & feedback)
- Managing video editors or creative teams
- Handling deadlines and multiple moving parts
