YouTube Content Manager

Looking for a YouTube expert to manage and grow our creative agency’s channel. We already have a page but need someone who can elevate it — editing content, optimizing for SEO, and helping us turn videos into visibility, engagement, and new client leads.

• We currently have a YouTube page but haven’t yet mastered how to manage or fully leverage it. We’re looking for a YouTube Channel Manager & Content Producer to take ownership of our channel — shaping it into a hub for creative storytelling, event showcases, and brand growth.
• You’ll help us turn existing and new video content into polished, optimized assets that attract new audiences, clients, and brand collaborations.

• Responsibilities
• Audit and refresh our existing YouTube page and content
• Edit and upload short and long-form videos (event recaps, behind the scenes, brand stories)
• Optimize titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions for YouTube SEO
• Develop playlists and track performance analytics
• Repurpose clips for Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels for creative or luxury brands
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Understanding of SEO and growth analytics
• Eye for design and brand tone consistency
