U.S.-based Chief Operating Officer for Private Equity Platform

We are seeking a U.S.-based Chief Operating Officer to help establish and run our private equity platform in the United States. The ideal candidate must have deep, hands-on experience in private equity operations, including standing up a new PE firm, building operating rhythms, and executing acquisitions. They must be able to move quickly, make key early hires, and prioritise acquisitions in alignment with our investment thesis. Strong preference for candidates who have built PE operating systems from scratch and worked closely with principals on sourcing, due diligence, integration, and portfolio optimisation.
