Overview
Infrassist Technologies serves as a back-end to various MSPs and IT Consultants globally. We act as their extension and support them with NOC, Helpdesk, Server/Patch Management, RMM automation/configuration, Backup monitoring, etc. We have a strength of 50+ Engineers sub-divided into Networking, Server, Automation and Professional services teams. We currently work with 50+ MSPs in 10 different countries thereby learning Industry best practices and accordingly provide suggestions to the projects we get involved in. We have 24x7 Operations supporting clients from NZ -> Canada. We are ISO27001:2013 certified organisation following all the compliance and norms with regards to Security of Data and personnel.
