Attorney civil personal injury/business litigation and criminal law

I am an attorney licensed to practice in Nevada and Arizona. My primary areas of practice include civil personal injury/business litigation, appellate writing, criminal law, immigration, and I have handled various other projects in the civil arena. I received my education from the William S. Boyd School of Law and graduated in the top 12% of my class, receiving Cum Laude distinction. I was also initiated into the Scribes Association for Excellence in Legal Writing. While at Boyd, I completed a White Paper as a Nevada Law Editor through the Nevada Law Journal on the legal implications surrounding the Las Vegas Loop project involving Elon Musk's The Boring Company. My practical experience includes over five years of legal drafting as an attorney and law clerk for civil and criminal litigation. My civil litigation experience includes working for De Castroverde Law Group and Raich Law. I drafted civil briefs for personal injury and business litigation claims in federal and state courts, including responses to discovery, filing and answering complaints, mediation memoranda, and drafting dispositive motions. In addition, I also worked as a law clerk for the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada, helping my judge brief complex civil matters such as multi-party personal injury and land-taking claims. For the past year, I have also practiced criminal law with experience in courtroom advocacy and drafting Appellate briefs for the Nevada Supreme Court. My experience would be an asset to any firm.
