Prior to his career in software development, Alan completed a Master’s degree in Education and taught school for 4 years.

As interactive media was emerging as a new discipline, Alan co-founded Kallisto Productions, Inc., a boutique software firm specializing in interactive productions. Alan is a seasoned, client-facing producer and project manager with experience on 100+ projects.
Alan prefers to work on a project basis knowing that there will be an uneven schedule due to review cycles and alignment with late breaking developments. Alan has been working 100% remote for 10+ years and has his own Mac/PC hardware and software. Alan works via his one-person California corporation.

• Management and collaboration with people in the above roles depending on the size and scope of the project
• Experience developing instructor-led materials and train-the-trainer sessions
• Extensive collaboration with clients in their various roles including both managers and subject-matter-experts
Alan’s experience spans high tech, biotech, retail and non-profits, and includes stakeholder management, quality assurance, planning and tracking milestones, and budgeting. HIs extensive background with project management makes for a rapid start and quick turnaround.
