Google Partner. 13+ Years of experience building, optimizing, scaling, auditing campaigns to bring maximum profitability to small and medium businesses that need help with their Google Ads/Bing/Meta Management. Currently managing $32M in ad spend for 170+ clients, delivering around 240,000 conversions. Campaigns & clients ranged from $3M in sales to a few thousands per month. Overseen the organic growth of websites with 2.6M monthly visitors. Please note that I choose my clients wisely. If you're looking for a quality campaign setup structure, expect that your first month working with us will take a total of about 17h . Why? The initial research & setup takes around 5-7h of work then running it, optimizing it, A/B testing it, creating new ad extensions and adjusting audiences, etc. can take around 10h if done with care and attention to detail. This means that the minimal interaction with your Ad accounts will be around 20 minutes per day, give or take, unless you want more hours on it, it's you call. On the second month, we need around 10h of work, which is around 20 mins of maintenance per day. Why? Because if you let your account unchecked daily, you will run into competitors outbidding you for specific keywords, uncontrolled spending, CPC instability and other unpredictable ebbs and flows/artifacts in the campaigns. When working with clients, the number one goal is optimizing your CTR (Click-through rate), CPC (Cost-per-click) and increasing your ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) by loweing CPA's(Cost Per Actions). To do so, we'll need to go through a structured approach: -We'll first book an initial zoom video meeting on UpWork in order to understand the product/service, the budget (is it fixed, multi-staged, etc), the industry niche, the pains that your campaign is going through and identify potential solutions(if you're running a campaign already). -If there's a fit, we'll move forward with a contract and start the brand research right away in order to generate data about the planned campaigns. -We will then determine your goals ( Calls vs. Sales vs. Visibility vs. Emails vs. Quote Requests, etc.) this will drive the campaign's intent - and will crystalize it's structure. -We will then look for intent/long-tail keywords that are niche-specific to monopolize on what your competitors didn't and sift out all the negative keywords. -We'll then do the research on your competitors and their keywords by using various tools. -We will set up initial geofencing according to your goals and stated targeted audience. -We will then build out our custom audiences and be sure to drive ads only on IBAG principles. -We will set up device targeting and make sure we've got the right acquisition networks selected. Depending on the channels that you'll opt for, we will create the ad copies (text-only ads take less hours than image/video ads - we do those too). -We will set up conversion tracking tracking for A/B testing. -We will make sure that all of your landing pages have the right CTA's (Call-to-actions) and that they work ( You'd be surprised how many clients don't have a CTA when you click on an ad, huge waste that needs to be fixed before we start). -We then roll the campaigns ( It can take 5-7 days for Google's algorithm to pick up the campaign's patterns and learn from it, but when it starts, we'll be able to measure results). -From that point we check on it daily, audit it weekly, optimize whatever we can with A/B variants and keep improving whatever we can to lower the CPC and up the ROAS/lower CPA.
