Expert Developer, Over 20 years

I am a developer since 2001, tens of real projects done successfully Graduated from 5 years CS College & University, also finished two years diploma in computer science with a very good grade, *Like to work on challenging projects *Like to think and come up with ideas (Solutions), never give up I take full responsibility for big projects, already having clients who give me the chance to build their business systems from scratch with continuous upgrades since 2005, from the US and UK Also, I worked as a full-time developer and senior developer in MicroTech (CMI Level 3) and ITS (CMI Level 5) Specialties include (but are not limited to): *MQL4 and 5, cTrader and TradingView(pine) indicator, EAs, also NinjaTrader, Trade Station and cBots *Python *C, C++ *Office Development VBA, VSTO, JS, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script (GAS) *Applescript and Automation *C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET, MVC *SQL, Access, and MySql *Automation *Web Scraping *AppleScript *JavaScript Expert as Office developer, since Office 97 up to Office 2016/365, using all technologies to develop Office solutions, VBA, VSTO, Javascript API, etc. Since 2007 I am a full-time freelancer, so I am very ready, and you can count on me for full/part-time positions and for a long time Selecting best freelancer: When you get many offers from many freelancers, so you calculate as: developer A rate = 30 and his estimation is 10 hours, so his total cost is $300 while developer B rate = 40 and his estimation is 12 hours, so his total cost is $480 It's not mandatory means that developer A cost is less, *The rate of the freelancer should be considered upon his years of experience and feedback of old clients Fact 1: A developer can finished in 1 hour what other developer can finish in 5 hours or more (this upon experience) Fact 2: When you select the less offer, money wise it could lead you to non-completed product which means that you will lose all what you paid for (or at least big part of it) + your time, not all software projects ends successfully << you have to understand this Fact 3: Estimation stay estimation, so the developer how estimated your project as 12 hours, might get it done in less time, and the one how estimated it as 10 hours he might get it done in 20, so estimation is not part of the equation Okay, then how I should select the best free lancer for my project then: *Select the one with massive experience, this is the one who will cost you less, even if it looks like it is the most expensive one, Also this is the one how can add value to your project and not just do what you tell like a machine, for me in most cases I expand the projects I work on, upon providing suggestions to my clients Estimation: Estimation is an estimation and only estimation, meaning that no one can predict the future, so no one can know what difficulty will face during the development, no one knows how many times the client will ask for changes or even change in the original requirements when you ask me for the estimation, I will provide the most optimistic one, means if the development process runs smooth and your communication was clear, and you didn’t make changes to the original requirements, So what I see is much better make sense rather than the estimation is to get involved in the project and see how the progress goes. This is after you be sure to select the best freelancer for your project Also, I would like to mention that I have faced many times clients asking me for estimation, so I say x, then they go for the freelancer who said ½ x, then they end up with a non-working project full of bugs and come back to me to fix it, at the end the total cost be much more than my initial estimation Methodology: I use Agile methodology in my projects so client will always be up-to-date with what is going on/project progress so in case he needs to change/add any requirements to the project this can be done easily during the process How do I work: How to make projects go smooth and successful: Handle it in cycles of tasks; here are the steps for each process/cycle: *Of course, you can start by providing all that you need (document/videos will be great as well), but this be separated into parts, for each part: 1. You request/describe a task 2. I confirm understanding, or we discussed tell we have the same understanding for your request 3. I develop/implement it 4. You test it and confirm it (I can do this myself upon your request) Then we start the next cycle from #1 to 4 again *You will find me trying to force this sequence all the time, I hope you understand that this is the best way to get things done, which leads to a successful project (my ultimate goal) Notes: *Source code to be delivered upon payment (after clearance period), *If you don't understand and agree that my time have value, please don't hire me, Hope I made everything clear, please contact me if you need any clarification,
