My name is Shantel Wright; I am a very vibrant and energetic person. I am kind loving and loving person, also love what I do. I am a customer service representative, I have been in this field for the past 2 ½ years and I completely love it. I love when customers call and I can help them out with whatever the situation is, the most excited part of my job is when people call in frustrated and I calm them down and then find out what the problem is and try to resolve the issue to the best of my ability.
I use to attended Spanish town high, I graduated with a high school diploma and 2 city and guilds subjects which includes mathematics and English. After I when to Solid Base Computer Institution and got 3 subjects which includes English Language, Office Administration and Social Studies. After leaving Solid Base I started to work with my brother as a secretary for 2 years, and then started to work at a private calling company for 2 years. I love being a customer service rep because I enjoy doing it.
