I have experience with cooking vegan, vegetarian, and meat-based dishes. I cook “healthy” and comfort foods. I’m a city dweller who loves nature and animals. I rescued my two pigs, three guinea pigs, and my one-eyed cat. I am active in my community, working on composting in a community garden and I welcome refugees into their new homes. I am a knitter and I do other crafts as well. I love music and I play the accordion and kalimba. I do contra dancing, Zumba, and other dancing videos at home. I also hike in nature and on the city streets. I love to explore new places. I have a doctorate in education and have done qualitative research on autism. I have been trained in copywriting by American Artists and Writers Institute (AWAI), an industry-recognized leader in training professional copywriters I’m a mom, wife, occupational therapist, and audiobook producer.
