I have a total of 7 years Customer Service experience. I have worked with a couple of Business Process Outsourcing companies here in the Philippines that caters billing, travel, technical and healthcare accounts. I have been a Team Lead, as well as a Product Specifics Trainer. I understand various methodologies for imparting training. I have also worked for a self-publishing company as a Manuscript Services Specialist. I was a liaison between the company's in-house data encoders and editors to aspiring authors all over the world. I also handled real time manuscript corrections and editing to ensure flawlessness and better readability. I corresponded to my clients through e-mail or Skype call or chat—whichever they are most comfortable with. When I decided to start my freelance career, I started as an article contributor to almost 30 websites.
