For career coaching, my approach is the following: Analyze your CV and the job position Get to know you/interview you Set up some questions related to your experience correlated with the job you have applied/jobs you are interested Set up different scenarios and suggest other types of answers you can give to in future interviews Provide you with honest feedback on your answers and provide insights on what could be perceived from the recruiters perspective and what can be changed and improved. Important note: I never give suggestions that will go against your values and your genuineness. I believe that the candidate should always be genuine in the interview even if the recruiter doesn't like the answer. Being honest and genuine is the most important thing in a recruitment process and if the company doesn't resonate with your answers, it means that it was not the correct choice for you and life has something better lined up for you!
