CSS developer for mobile/tablet/ipad site
We worked with Marian for over a year. Overall it as a fruitful high-quality relationship, and he produced high-quality CSS work for many areas of our website.
Communication was issue at times, and especially at the end of the relationship. The last project we worked on with Marian saw its estimate double, with very little transparency into why the estimate was going up aside from general information. We are a small company with a tight budget, so this wasn't the best situation for us. This is one of the reasons we decided to go separate ways.
I would recommend Marian as a CSS developer if you need high-quality CSS work, do not require regular / consistent communication from a developer, and have a budget to handle some "unknowns" that arise.
