Meta Ads Specialist (Freelance)

Overview Netvvrk is an online membership platform that helps visual artists build sustainable careers. We need someone to run our Meta and Google ad campaigns. Strategy comes from our ads consultant. You'd take that direction and execute it, catch problems before they cost us money, creative that won't run, numbers that don't add up, spend going somewhere it shouldn't, and check on active campaigns daily while they're live. What you'd be doing - Launch Meta campaigns for webinar registration and lead gen, and check performance daily while campaigns are active - Run our branded Google Search campaigns - Adjust budget pacing and audiences based on direction from our ads consultant - Flag creative issues before launch: wrong sizing, aspect ratios, specs that won't run on a given placement - Read performance data across Meta, Google, and Hyros, and flag what's underperforming before it burns budget - Report on performance in plain language, with your own read on what's working You should have - Solid Meta and Google Ads platform experience - Available to check in on active campaigns daily while they're running - Enough hands-on experience to catch a creative or targeting mistake before it goes live, not just execute what you're handed - Comfortable reading Hyros or a similar attribution tool - Clear, proactive communication The details - Freelance, roughly 5 to 8 hours a week on average, campaign-dependent. Some weeks will be light or dormant; others will need daily attention while a campaign is live - US-based preferred, fully remote - $1,000 to $1,200 a month
