By submitting your proposal through this site, you acknowledge and agree that you
(a) are eligible for an account on and to receive payment through Upwork’s work marketplace at www.upwork.com as described to the Upwork Terms of Service, and that any contract and payments will be made through the Upwork work marketplace,
(b) are 18 years of age or older and able to form contracts on behalf of yourself and the business you represent,
(c) have oncompleted all fields that are required in the proposal,
(d) are able to complete all deliverables on the requested schedule, and
(e) agree to participate in promotional activities concerning the project, including interviews, a bio of yourself and your company, a case study or series of case studies outlining each phase of the project featuring professionally filmed and self-shot footage, and the use of your name, likeness and your company name and logo, if applicable, on social media platforms as well as such other activities as may be agreed between the parties.
The winners will be selected based on the merit of the submitted materials, including presentation an interview, creativity, and overall appeal and the adherence to the CoLab partner’s creative brief project brief, as well as the business terms on which you offer to do the work, in each case in the sole discretion of the Upwork CoLab partner.
Neither Upwork nor the CoLab partner will discriminate on any unlawful basis, such as race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability status, or veteran status.
