Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper Needed for Clean up & Catch-up

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to bring our books fully up to date from January 2025 through the current month. The goal is to have everything accurately reconciled, properly categorized, and ready for review by Oct 05, 2026. What you’ll be responsible for Bring QuickBooks Online bookkeeping up to date from January 2025 to present Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts Properly categorize and review transactions Identify and resolve discrepancies or unreconciled items Review income and expenses for accuracy and consistency Ensure transfers, payments, deposits, and other transactions are recorded correctly Clean up any existing bookkeeping issues you identify Provide a clear summary of outstanding items or questions requiring clarification. • What we’re looking for Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online Excellent understanding of bank and credit card reconciliations. • Strong attention to detail Ability to identify bookkeeping errors rather than simply categorizing transactions. • Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines Experience with catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping is highly preferred. • Deadline: All work must be completed by Oct 05, 2026 • Please apply only if you can commit to the deadline and have the availability to complete the January-to-present catch-up & Clean-up efficiently and accurately.
