Affiliate Marketing & TikTok Shop Expert — Sales & Growth

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing & TikTok Shop Expert to help grow and scale multiple e-commerce brands. This is a results-driven role. We need someone who understands how to recruit high-performing affiliates and creators, build profitable TikTok Shop campaigns, and turn creator content into consistent sales. Responsibilities - Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and creators - Build and scale our TikTok Shop affiliate program - Conduct creator outreach and negotiate collaborations - Manage product seeding and sample campaigns - Create affiliate commission and incentive strategies - Identify creators capable of generating strong GMV - Develop campaigns, promotions, and affiliate offers - Track creator performance, conversions, GMV, and ROI - Follow up with affiliates and keep them actively promoting - Help identify winning UGC that can be scaled with paid ads - Develop strategies to increase TikTok Shop sales consistently Requirements - Proven experience growing TikTok Shop sales - Strong experience with affiliate/creator recruitment - Experience managing TikTok Shop Seller Center - Strong understanding of GMV, conversion rates, commissions, samples, and creator performance - Experience with beauty, skincare, supplements, shapewear, or DTC brands is a plus - Must be proactive and able to work independently To Apply Please send: 1.
