Affiliate & Partnerships Manager — Creator Whitelisting & Commission Programme (Premium Eyewear)

Welham is a premium UK men's eyewear brand. Considered frames, editorial photography, a calm and confident tone. We are building an affiliate and creator-partnership programme from scratch and need someone to run the commercial side of it. THE SETUP - We are a new brand with real foundations in place and genuine reach behind it. - We already have a separate creator seeding and gifting programme. This role is different: it is about turning the right creators into paid or commission-based partners, not sending free product. - Black Friday and Christmas are the first real test, and the work starts now. THE ROLE - Recruit affiliates and creator-partners who genuinely fit a premium men's brand, not volume for its own sake. - Set up and run our affiliate programme end to end: commission structures, tracking links, payout terms and the software behind it. - Negotiate and manage whitelisting agreements so we can run the best-performing creator content as paid ads through their handles, with usage rights and terms agreed in writing. - Own the affiliate platform. Comfortable hands-on in tools like Tribe Dynamics, GRIN, Aspire, Refersion or similar, and able to tell us which one actually fits a brand our size. - Track performance by partner: content delivered, sales driven, commission owed, ROI per partner. - Manage the relationship day to day. Chase content, resolve payment questions, renegotiate terms with partners who are working. - Report monthly on programme performance and recommend who to scale, renegotiate or drop. WHAT WE WANT TO SEE - Real experience running an affiliate or creator-partnership programme for an ecommerce brand, ideally DTC. - Hands-on experience in at least one affiliate or influencer platform (Tribe Dynamics, GRIN, Aspire, Refersion, or similar), named specifically. - Experience negotiating and running whitelisting or paid usage-rights agreements with creators. - Comfortable with commission structures and the numbers behind them, not just outreach. - Excellent written English and genuinely commercial judgement. HOW WE WORK - Clear targets, quick decisions and honest feedback. - We care about fit over volume. A smaller number of the right partners beats a large affiliate list nobody manages properly. - Long term for the right person, starting with a paid trial period. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA - An affiliate programme live on an agreed platform, with commission structure and terms documented in writing. - A defined roster of active partners with whitelisting agreements in place where relevant, usage rights and terms recorded for each. - Monthly reporting covering content delivered, sales driven and ROI by partner. - A clear recommendation each month on who to scale, renegotiate or drop.
