AI Agent Developer — Build Custom AI Agents for Drilling Company

Summary: We're a drilling company based in Ontario, Canada, looking for a skilled AI agent developer to help us build custom AI agents that automate and streamline our business operations. About Us: We are a growing construction services company. We're looking to leverage AI to modernize our workflows and gain a competitive edge. What You'll Be Doing: - Building custom AI agents to automate business workflows (scheduling, quoting, job tracking, communications) - Integrating AI tools with our existing business systems (QuickBooks, email, scheduling platforms, CRM) - Developing automation pipelines that reduce manual work and improve efficiency - Creating intelligent assistants that can handle routine business tasks - Building and maintaining API integrations between various business tools Required Skills & Experience: - Strong experience with AI/LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar) - Proficiency in Python and API development - Experience building API integrations with business tools (QuickBooks, Google Workspace, CRM systems) - Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-based workflows - Experience with automation platforms and workflow design - Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines Nice to Have: - Experience in construction, trades, or small business operations - Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Knowledge of database design and data pipelines What We're Looking For: - Reliable and communicative — regular updates and clear documentation - Self-starter who can take requirements and run with them - Based in Canada or the United States (preferred for timezone alignment) - This is an ongoing engagement (3-6 months initially) with strong potential to grow into a long-term role Please include in your proposal: - Relevant experience building AI agents or automation systems - Examples of past integrations you've built - Your availability and preferred working hours
