Appointment Setter / Cold Caller for U.S. Roofing Companies

APPOINTMENT SETTER / COLD CALLER — U.S. ROOFING COMPANIES Divine Digital is hiring experienced appointment setters to join our U.S. roofing sales team. We provide the roofing-company lists. You do NOT find leads and you do NOT close sales. Your responsibility is to call roofing companies, reach the owner or decision-maker, create interest, qualify the opportunity, and book a demonstration with one of our dedicated sales closers. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. roofing companies • Reach owners and decision-makers • Follow our proven call framework and objection handling • Identify companies that may be losing opportunities from missed or after-hours calls • Book qualified demonstrations • Confirm appointments and help prospects show up • Keep accurate notes and activity inside our CRM WE PROVIDE • Roofing-company prospect lists • Scripts and objection handling • CRM and dialing process • Roofing-industry training • AI receptionist/product training • Dedicated sales closers • Ongoing coaching WHO WE WANT • Excellent spoken English • Previous U.S. cold-calling or appointment-setting experience • Comfortable speaking with business owners • Confident handling gatekeepers and objections • Reliable internet and professional headset • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling • Coachable and consistent Roofing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, home-services, SaaS or other B2B experience is strongly preferred. Once fully trained, we're targeting approximately 150–200 legitimate outbound calls per working day. COMPENSATION $250/month guaranteed base plus performance bonuses: • $15 per qualified appointment that attends the demonstration • $125 for every customer that closes from your appointments • Uncapped performance bonuses Realistic target after ramp-up: $700–$1,200+/month. Strong performers can earn more as appointment volume and sales increase. We are initially hiring 2 appointment setters and are looking for people who want an ongoing role as the sales team grows.
