Appointment Setter for Instagram

We’re looking for a proactive and personable Appointment Setter to help Upward Fitness engage and connect with potential clients on Instagram. Upward Fitness is a faith-based online fitness coaching business helping Christian women lose weight, build sustainable health habits, and care for their bodies with intention. You’ll engage prospects through Instagram comments and direct messages, respond to comments, start genuine conversations, message new followers, reach out to people who interact with lead-generation posts, follow up with interested prospects, book discovery calls, and reschedule when needed. You’ll help qualify prospects by learning about their goals, challenges, and interest in coaching while keeping conversations friendly, natural, and professional. The ideal freelancer is proactive, organized, consistent with follow-up, comfortable managing multiple conversations and scheduling tasks, and able to use a sales framework without making conversations feel scripted or pushy. Experience with Instagram outreach, appointment setting, or lead generation is preferred. This is an appointment-setting role; you will not be responsible for closing sales.
