The Role: I am looking for a creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can take my raw clinical notes, outlines, and voice recordings and turn them into polished, beautifully formatted Canva workbooks and clean audio tracks ready for digital download on Etsy. What You Will Do: Workbook & Cheat Sheet Design (Canva): Take unformatted bullet points, tables, and notes and design clean, visually engaging, printable/fillable PDF study guides using Canva. Audio Cleanup & Editing: Edit short voice recordings (5–15 minutes) to remove long pauses, background noise, or stumbles using Descript, Audacity, or similar software; export clean MP3s. Etsy Asset Creation: Create professional listing mockups (e.g., tablet/iPad screens showing the PDF, clean cover slides) and prepare product assets. Organization: Keep organized folders for audio links, Canva source files, and customer-ready PDFs. Required Skills & Experience: Proven proficiency in Canva (experience designing digital products, workbooks, planners, or cheat sheets). Basic audio editing skills (familiarity with Descript, Audacity, CapCut, or similar tools). Strong visual eye for typography, whitespace, and layout hierarchy (clean, modern, easy to read). Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail (spelling, clinical terms, alignment). Proficient in APA 7th edition formatting, including citation standards, reference lists and manuscript styling. Reliable high-speed internet connection and quick communication. Nice-to-Have (Bonus): Experience setting up Etsy digital download listings. Experience creating clickable PDF links or digital workbook elements.
