Auto Garage Manager – International Opportunity | Kinshasa, DR Congo About the Role SPT Motors, operating under the management of the Pacifica General Trading business group, is looking for an experienced Auto Garage Manager to join our team in Kinshasa, DR Congo. We are looking for a hands-on automotive professional who can take responsibility for garage operations, lead a technical team, manage workshop activities, and maintain high standards of repair quality and customer service. What You’ll Do Manage daily garage and workshop operations. Lead and supervise mechanics and technical staff. Oversee vehicle diagnostics, repairs and maintenance. Allocate jobs and monitor workshop productivity. Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently and on time. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions. Manage spare parts, inventory, tools and workshop resources. Monitor workshop costs and support cost control. Maintain quality, safety and customer-service standards. Train, guide and motivate the workshop team. Ensure the garage remains organized and professionally managed. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in automobile repair and garage/workshop management. Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering – Required. Strong hands-on knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair. Proven experience managing an automobile workshop and technical team. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Good problem-solving and communication abilities. Experience with inventory and cost control. Ability to work independently and take ownership of garage operations. Hindi and English communication skills are required. Compensation 💰 Salary: Starting from USD 1,500/month Salary may be higher depending on experience, qualifications and interview performance.
