AI Automation Engineer Needed

We are looking for an AI Automation engineer who has experience with building Ai agents and that have built end-to-end workflow. The system will manage: Lead capture → CRM → qualification → payment → compliance → document generation → client onboarding → appointment booking → reminders → court-stage reminders. Current Technology Stack You must be comfortable working with: * Zoho Bigin * Pabbly Connect * uChat * WhatsApp Cloud API * Instagram DM * Facebook Messenger * WordPress * Fluent Forms * Google Sheets * Google Drive * Google Docs * Gmail * APIs * Webhooks * OAuth * AI agents / conversational workflows Pabbly Connect will remain our main automation platform. What We Need From You We want someone who can handle the project end-to-end. You should be able to: * Design reliable API workflows * Build Pabbly automations * Work with Zoho Bigin APIs * Build uChat AI conversations * Work with WhatsApp Cloud API * Integrate Instagram/Facebook messaging * Build document-generation workflows * Map CRM fields accurately * Handle OAuth/API authentication * Build conditional logic * Handle retries * Handle deduplication * Build error handling * Test edge cases * Debug integrations independently This project requires someone who understands system architecture, not only basic no-code automation. When Applying Please answer these 5 questions: 1. Have you built a project using Pabbly + Zoho Bigin + uChat before? Describe it briefly. 2. Have you worked directly with WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram DM, or Facebook Messenger APIs? 3. Explain how you would prevent duplicate Bigin records when the same person submits a website form and later messages us on WhatsApp. 4. Explain how you would safely generate client-specific Google Docs from master templates without modifying the originals. 5. Send 1–3 examples of complex automation systems you personally built.
